Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

Married since 1.5 years. History of a missed miscarriage. Pcos diagnose hua tha, but koi medicine k bger hi ab dobara conceive ho gya hai. Upt showed positive result. My gynecologist did a scan and said that the gestational sac is not visible yet so I went for blood test. Report is attached herewith. Please tell kitne weeks ki pregnancy hai aur kitni der tk gestational sac show ho jaye ga? Last time 5 weeks me sac show ho gya tha to abhi kyun nhi ho rha? Secondly I had intercourse today after which when I went to wash, there was a bloody brownish discharge in the urine,but not after that... Is it something to worry about? Me ne apni gynecologist ko kal visit krna hai as she is not available today. But me bloody discharge ki waja se bht preshan hun k kisi aur doctor ko emergency me dikha dun ya kal tk wait kr lun? Please reply all my questions.
