Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I'm 16 weeks pregnant just got done with my anamoly scan few days ago everything's OK alhumdolilah but I still want to have a combined screening as I'm petrified because of my last pregnancy which was chemical.Please suggest do I still need combined screening or anamoly scan is enough??
