Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Complications

I was having irregular periods so dr prescribed me regesterone 5mg for 5 days twice a day, i decided to take the medicine not knowing i was 5 weeks pregnant, its been 18 days still i didnt got my periods, so i went for scan the dr said i am 9 weeks pregnant,kindly tell me will it have any impact on babys formation i am very worried, my doctor said shes not sure..kindly guide.
