Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Cramps

i am 26 weeks pregnant. i feel bad cramps in my arms and lower legs from a week. asa lagta hai jese khoon ruka ho aur dard ho rae ho. i sleep on my left and maintain good posture but the pain is getting unbearable. i cant sleep due to this pain. also from a week mujhay baby movements extreme low aur extreme left aur right mei feel hoti hain. what can i do for pain. is this normal?
