do ur serum progesterone level...
u can also do ur bhcg again and repeat aft 48 hours...if bhcg levels doubles up or serum progesterone levels r more than 80 then u better repeat ur abd pelvic ultrasound or TVS to rule out ectopic pregnancy...
another thing i shud mention here is tht there r sumtimes biochemical pregnancies in wch labs r +ive but a patient ends up in miscarriage...

levels of 80 of serum progesterone confirms intrauterine viable pregnancy...while if these levels r 60 or lesser than this means tht there is viable pregnancy but not intrauterine...better watch out...and hv ur OBG consultation soon...
