dear doctors. I got married 7 year ago that time my age was 25y and my wife 18 year after 2.5 years Allah almighty bless us with baby girl . but after that it almost 4.5 year's are passing my wife didn't get pregnant. we visited many hospitals I tested myself from AKH semen analysis test that was ok . now my wife is very weak.. day by day she is losing weight I spend too much money but results is zero ... so it is my humble request to All of you please give me honest guidance .
