Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Issues

Post for gynae: Married 51 days ago and faced periods after marriage. My normal cycle is 28 days . After consummating my marriage on 25th January the first periods came two days early before due cycle. Now after that, the second periods was expected on 6th March but delayed and was excited to be pregnant but yesterday on 14th March few light spots and today whole day felt cramps but no flow yet. Should i be worry for the irregularity in cycle after marriage? Is it normal and keep on wait or should i show up to gynae ? Plz guide.
