Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Itching

em 6th month pregnant....just two days ago i have started itching over my feet and hands....when i google it i found about cholestasis in pregnancy...and it just scared me....should i do test?? or it is normal?? and simply apply coconut oil on my itching area....em already having nose bleed issue....but all test are clear related to platelets....they simply say ya bache ki garmi hai....esa hi chale gi....now for itching wht i do?? if u recommend test?? name it plz
