Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Morning Sickness

Hello I am pregnant LMP 16 dec and from the start of FEB i started feeling nausea which was mild i was eating normally then from 8 feb it gets worse day by day that i cant eat anything thing esp meat , was just eating fruit and khichri . Then dr prescribed me vominore tab TDS ( meclozine 25 mg and pyridoxine 50mg) . After that i felt better and resume eating not meat but roti and curry and simple rice . My question is if i don't take tab which tried then i cant tackle nausea . So i have to take the med its been 1.5 weeks i am continuously taking the med . I want to know is it safe ? And how long nausea med can be used in pregnancy?
