Me 6 weeks pregnant hu lekin fetus 4 weeks ka show horha hai,no yolk sac and no foetal pole.. ya ese case m pregnancy agay progress krti hai ya misscarriage hojata ha?

Assalam o alikum. it will be only gestational sac. wait for 1 week more and repeat TVs scan. if gestational sac is more than 2.5 cm and no fetal pole then it will e abnormal pregnancy. good luck
