Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Related

AssalamuAlaykum I'm currently 38+ weeks pregnant. Writing a few important details as I don't have reports because of being admitted in the hospital. I've borderline pelvic,loose cord around the neck of the baby and head isn't engaged yet. My doctor has suggested a c section considering the above reasons. I wanted to take a second opinion of respected gynecologist in this regard. I would prefer a normal delivery and since the cord is loose and pelvic is just borderline and not contracted so can't I wait for natural pains to start? Engagement of head is also possible later in the Labour Insha'Allah. Please guide me I'm waiting desperately for the reply. Also I got admitted yesterday due to low fetal movements but CTG is fine now Alhamdulillah and isn't an issue anymore. Thanking in anticipation.
