Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Related
Asking for Self, Male, 30 years old, Gujrat
A.o.a doctors! Kindly guide me how can I maintain amniotic fluid at adequate level. Any diet which is helpful? Its my 30th week. No bp or sugar problem. I am trying to drink more water. Does drinking more water help?

Your problem is not clear
maintaining ur hydration level will help baby. but amniotic fluid levels are disturbed due to certain reasons. there is need to address them.

My gynaecologist said she feels its a bit low means near adequate. I have no bp or sugar issue. I have appointment next week. Ud I ask her to check for other reasons? She asked me to take more fluids and prescribed loprin 75 mg.

No it will not help increase amniotic fluid level.... But maintaining good hydration is good for your general health... Kindly book an online consultation to clearly know about your problem and give you best advice..
