Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Related

AoA doctors, My wife 8th month start of pregnancy MashaAllah, but her ALT and AST is not dropping down, she cares alot about her food, she takes all precautions according to doctor, now today we had check to our doctor but she didn't comment any thinh she just gave calcium and said to eat cold food and juices avoid ghee etc bcz of this ALT but its eight month she already didn't use anything like ghee, and gharam cheezain. Plz some1 recommend what to do now, or we should go with fresh juices etc or need to use gharam cheezain for normal delivery. Report is attached.
