Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Related

Respected dr, Im almost 13 weeks pregnant , I had an appointment with the dr last saturday and everything is fine Alhamdulillah. the thing that worry me is sometimes , not daily, I get 100 temperature at night and it goes away by morning. sometimes I get mild headache too and again it gets fine by itself. I dont take any medicine for both temperature and headache. I was having cold anaar daily and once it was very sour , since then Im having dry cough and Im taking honey for that just at night. My concern is do I have to worry about all these things and go to the dr right away or is this all normal in pregnancy ? medicines that im taking are fefol, duphaston, caltrate d, clexane injection, ascard, cyclogest. its my 3rd pregnancy after 2 missed abortion. My appointment with the dr is after 4 weeks. kindly help
