Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Karachi
I have 2 yrs old son and a misscariage occured an year ago.. Now I'm pregnant and verified through blood test(lmp14march) . Now I'm facing spotting issues from (22april) Dr prescribed duphaston 1+1 + injection and ask to visit after two weeks but its not setteling down what should i take further because due to crona i can't go... Is my pregnancy safe I'm worried... Dr said its normal upto 10 weeks .. Ps: had same issue with first pregnancy

continue tab duphastone 10 mg 1+0+1 and inj gravibion intramuscularly weekly and folic acid 400 mcg daily.
what about ultrasound pelvis ?
avoid strenous work,increase your fluid intake and proper rest.
if bleeding increases it might lead to miscarriage

U/s pelvis myometrium is normal no mass seen that's y prescribed bhcg and it came out positive.. Though spotting is very light, I'm worried but i will follow your instructions... I'm taking fefol vit should i continue or switch to folic acid

any history of irregular menses??
start tab folic acid 400 mcg and get your ultrasound pelvis done

No history of irregular periods... At the time of u/s week was 5th they said no sac can be seen and reffered bhcg which was showing positive results
