Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Spotting

Hi Ayesha, can you please post this anonymously. I am in dire need of doctor's opinion

my last menstrual date is 15th may and I got my hcg test done on 5th july according to which my hcg level was 8038. then after 15 days i had spotting (also had it in my first pregnancy which turned out good i delivered a baby girl) my doctor gave me some injection, cyclogest and duphaston after which my spotting stopped on 6th day. meanwhile i got my tvs scan and there was yolk sac, gestational sac and fetal pole but the growth scan showed 5 weeks n 5 days.

i got my second hcg test on 20th july and according to which my hcg level is 18798. my doctor isnt available and someone told me it's not doubling. is there something to be worried about??
