Talk to Gynecologist on Prolonged Periods

Asslamoalikum respected docters iam having problem of long periods its been approx 13 days ny periods are not stopping its red in colour but not dark red and when it started it was heavy now since from 10 to 13th day its light but blood is keep coming? Wanted to let you know i have almost 7 months old baby and it was my first pregnancy and iam not breast feeding as i dont have enough supply. And after delivery my postpartum bleeding was normal and it was finished almost 7 or 9 days after and one more thing i had my baby through normal delivery.and from past since 2 months iam dealing with long periods seems like it will never end really wanted to do my fasting but periods are still there amount is lil bit but its still keep coming ?what should i do and my its happening?thanks
