Dear Dr I m on high risk preg with Twins I had my cerclage at 12 weeks with the length of 2.7 Currently i m 22weeks+ My cervix drops to 2. Taking medicine (Duphaston TID, CYCLOGEST BID, INJ ONE IN A WEEK) A part from these What other suggestions for me to reach at least safe zone like 30+
I don't want to lose again my babies please help me with your suggestions Thanks

aoa take rest. n keep taking these medicines. avoid heavy work aur straining
take healthy diet, bed rest , planty of fluids, avoid stress, continue these medicines
