Talk to Gynecologist on Simple Endometrial Hyperplasia

ASSLAMOALIKUM docters its more than a month now iam still having periods as i was taking provera twice a day but thats also did not help me to stop my periods now yesterday my obgyn told me to take tranxemic acid 650mg 2 tabelts by mouth three times in a day so and i need to take it for 5 days i started from yesterday and still iam bleeding as i have pcos and history of simple endometrial hyperplasia i had done two times hysteroscopy in past also i have one baby through normal delivery almost 11 months ago. I had my complete ultrasound done recently iam attaching screen shot for that please check it out and please let me know what to do now why its not stopping its more than a month now almost 2 months now iam frustrated and depressed because of it.
