i want to ask that is mustard oil sperm friendly or not? i have done some reasearch...it is showing mustard hyperactivating sperm motility? and kill sperm?? is that true??? we r ttc from 2 years??? should we stop using it??

Mustard oil does cause sperm hyperactivity but further studies are needed before it can be recommended to couples that are trying to have a child.
