I am married and mother of 7 year old.I have spotting after 1 week of my periods since last 3 cycles. It remains 5 to 7 days. My cycle was irregular but now it is of 28 days. Blood flow is too light and too heavy alternatively and heavy flow lasts 10 days.I had periods on 13th April with heavy flow. Now from last three days I have spotting during night only.Dark discharge with mucus.

Walaikum assalam, Thanks for your response.Sorry I didn't check it earlier.No ittching ,pain and post coital bleeding. What type of urinary symptoms should I check?should I go for TVS on urgent basis in current situation?
