Talk to Gynecologist on Spotting Before Periods

A.o.a i am having this issue from last cycle and now today again. . i am having only spotting on my first day of period ( which even dont need to use pad only when i wipe with tissue some spot appears ) which is confusing me about my ovulation days . .plz help from which day i should count my cycle from spotting or from proper bleeding as i am trying to concieve for so long and plz plz guide which days of ovulations should we use for intercourse plzzzz help

textual knowledge says tht day one is when u actually start to bleed...but my experience says tht wth spotting before or after ur ovulation day cant b accurately calculated...u better check ur basal body temperature fr tht every day in the morning before rising frm bed...
