Spotting In Pregnancy

Question

Aslamualikum, i am 12 weeks pregnant and suffering from blood flow from last few days, i visited my doctor yesterday n she ask me to done the ultrasound but didn't told me the reason why this is happening. i got an appointment for ultrasound on next Wednesday. M so much worried about my issue, can you please tell me why this is happening and what should i do to reduce the flow until Wednesday? posting a picture for clear understanding.

well it cud b due to local cervical/vaginal pathology...if coming frm the uterus it cud b a sign of any type of miscarriage including threatened...in any case u shud take rest...dont b anxious...until diagnosis i dont think so tht ur doc ll prescribe u anythg neither OTC medicines are available there to help u out...so i can advise u rest wch means limited mobility...only bed to washroom and back...hope u recover...tawakul Allah ethg ll b in best intrest of u and the baby...
