Talk to Gynecologist on Tailbone Pain

I am mother of one child had c section 8 months ago. My baby is on mother feed. From last 3 weeks i am having pain in my tail bone when i sit and touch at the part. This pain started when i had last periods. And the pain is continuously. Before that i had this type of pain only in periods 1st or second day. But this time pain is continued. I want to ask what would be the reason? And to whom i should consult? Gynaecologist or some other specialists?
