Talk to Gynecologist on Thyroid Issue

I have a history pf miscarriage of twins in 8th week 5 months back. In that pregnancy i has tsh 0.26 but t3 and t4 was fine and i was given no medicines for tsh. I have concierge again Alhamdulillah. Missed my period on 21st and started medication on 22nd according to my doctor. I did my tsh test on 23rdit was 0.57. My doctor advised me to do t3 and t4. I did that aslo along with tsh again but tsh value was 3.29. Is it possible that tsh can increase so kuch in such little days. I did tsh again on 28th and it came out 0.8 again. I am very much worried about this. Please tell of this is normal. I am attaching reports and prescription. I am not on any thyroid medication
