Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Conceive

Salam... Please I need a gynaecologist advice urgently. I'm married for 3 years and 3 months by now. Have a history of two miscarriages. The first one was at 4th week and the 2nd one was biochemical. I'm suffering from PCOs. Currently I've been taking LETROZONE(2 tablets of 2.5mg together per day for 5 days during my menstrual cycle) for the past 3 months but I'm unable to conceive yet. Im again having periods now. I'm really very stressed. Is letrozone a safe drug? Should i continue using it? I've been trying for the past 3 years but all in vain. Kindly help me out doctor.

It has to be taken under advise of gynaecologist who is treating you. Unmonitored and self medication absolutely not advisable. You need further hormone tests for fertility and also tests to see whether tubes are open.
Is the husband semen analysis fine? U can take these drugs for 6 months , how many cycles have u taken ? If not working consult ur gynaecologist for injectables for follicle maturation and ovulation if that’s the problem

My husband's semen analysis is completely fine as well. The doctors say that I don't ovulate. As in my eggs don't grow in size that is suitable for conceiving. So they gave me letrozone for the purpose. I have taken this drug for 3 cycles already. My hormones test are normal and I have a 35 day menstrual cycle. I don't have the issue of irregular cycle. Currently I'm again having periods... should I continue this medicine for this 4th cycle now?

The doctor did tvs on the 14th day of my cycle to check the growth of eggs after taking letrozone and I had 4 mature eggs in my scan. Still im not conceiving. What could be the reason now doctor as it's been 3 months im taking it and now that the eggs are also present in mature size? Can there be any other problem?

Thanks i think you check your tubal patency as you have two miscarriage may have pelvic infection if tubes are patent then you can try fertility injection

Yes madam it's prescribed by the doctor. My hormones test are normal. My doctor has already checked them before and then she prescribed me letrozone. I'm just concerned that it's been 3 months im taking it... My eggs also grow in mature size now but still no result. So I was worried if this drug is safe and is working or not.
