Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Conceive

I am trying to conceive for almost 8 month and today I got my ultrasound report .can any one comment is this report is the cause of not conceiving.i am ovalutating (check by ovalutation strip)and my periods are on time now . previously was disturb after marriage for 2- 3 month but now fine .one time I was late for 20 days thought I might be pregnant but got period after 20 days.

i cant determine tht wt day of ur cycle this scan was done...if u hv cystic hyperplasia of endometrium then endometrial biopsy is mandatory fb treatment...hgic cyst in ovary as mentioned needs to b followed up thru serial ultrasound scans to make sure its regressing and nt increasing in size...
well nothing cud b said tht y u hv delayed conception as i dont hv ur husband semen analysis...
