salam doctor i am married since 8 years Alhumdulillah i hav 2 babies. 1 is 7 yrs old girl born through c. sec. In 2017 had laprotomy of right tube than concieved in 2018 now had a boy who will be 2 yrs old in june. since more than year we r trying to concieve no protection we r using but still i hav not concieved. can u plz tell me how can i concieve again??? thanku looking forward for ur guidaance
