Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Concieve

I have a 4.5yrs old kid and ttc since long.took lezra clomid etc also and follicular size was good too but couldnt concieve. My periods are normal comes on time, prolactin,tsh,lh hormones are normal. hSG is normal. However fsh value is 13.3. I want to ask what is the probablity of natural conception in this case should i start taking any medicine for this fsh ir what. I am going into severe depression P.s my first born was concieved immediately after my marriage please guide me
