Talk to Gynecologist on Ultrasound

i had one scan two weeks before in which fetal pole and yolk sac was not seen..now this is my recent scan and my doc said everything is normal and no need of scan while this report says rescan after 15days..kindly any dr tell me pls should i go for scan again or no??does this happen twin pregnency with 9weeks differenc?? m very confuse
