you should take citro soda sachet two times daily in half cup of water for 10 days.
increase your fluid intake.
continue iron,calcium and multivitamin supplements.
get your congenital anomaly scan within a week or two.
any complain of vaginal discharge?

I’ll have to see the report to comment on the infection, if the doctor prescribed the medication must be some reason behind it , kindly drink alot of water and keep the area clean , cranberry juice also helps , if you still feel discomfort repeat the test and consult the doctor
