Talk to Gynecologist on Urine Infection

This is my urine report. I was having pain while uriniting I am trying to conceive. And my gyne suggested me oxidil 2g iv inj in day and night with safron inj for 3 days. And told me it’s pregnancy safe. Its my 3rd day. Only 1 injection is left for today night. I was better till yesterday But today my back pain and abdomen pain started again. Its minor but continuous. No pakn in urine. Please suggest me something. What shall i do. Or shall i wait for the last injection. Also shall i go for urine culture? Or any other test

simple this IV injection isnt working fr u-as may b bacteria tht causes this infection is nt sensitive to it-u shud take second opinion-there is one oral medicine wch is first line of antibiotic therapy antenatally...urine CS at this time ll giv false positive or false negative results soon aft antibiotics tht u hv taken...

also, to diagnose urine infection , proper history is needed.
please take appointment.
maximum wait for urine culture after antibiotics is 3 days. but this doesn't always need to be followed

But my doctor advised me urine culture. And also i have no pain in urine now. Only back pain. Shall i take urine regular test again to check if antibiotic is working or not??
