Dr mera pregnancy ka 6th month ha mujhe start sy hi urine ka problem ha lower abdomen pain rehta ha bohat dr ny urine DR k bd Cranmax , Nospa forte or Zinacef medicine di hn or sath Urine culture sensitivity test karwany ka bhi bola ha k medicine is test k bad lain. Mera question yeh ha k Zinacef tablet 250mg ki ha or din mn 3 bar lani ha Kia yeh medicine heavy nai ha pregnancy mn lana safe rahe ga?? Please guide. Thanks
