My mother is having vaginal allergy..she is paralyzed since 2008.. she feels itchiness there alot..have consult gynaecologist and dermatologist too but didn't get better..please guide

Any medical illness like diabetes or hepatitis.?? I think better you have a proper consultation for better evaluation dear? Also mention the treatments already taken with no relief.
