Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Burning

I just came back to the UK and have to self isolate so can’t go to the doctors. I hade intercourse with my husband after 21 days. My Vagina and vulva started burning as soon as he finished. This has happened 3 times in a row. Previously it happened very rarely. The burning stays for about half hour, in the meantime I try to ignore it or wash it a few times with cool water. There is no odour, no unusual discharge, no other UTI or STI symptoms. Lubrication is perfectly fine as well, we rarely ever use external lubricant which isn’t even needed. Please let me know what I should do.
