Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Itching

Hi I am having severe itching in vaginal area since a week. I was in my periods when it started. Something like this happened when I was in periods last month but a family doctor suggested travocart I used it and it got better. But it is worst now, i have got rashes, puri skin nikal rahi hai wahan se. Sides red hogai thi polyfax se theek huwi but itching khatam nahi horahi. Please suggest something to apply. I cant visit doctor till ashura as I have to go masjid day and night
