Talk to Gynecologist on Vertigo ( Spinning, Lighthead,nausea)

Yesterday i had my first ever vertigo attack it happend when i just woke us i was laying on my left side and the moment i was going to lay straight everything in the room started spinning and my head it self turned towards my left side i didnt knew what it was as i have never ever experienced such thing before. That episode lasted for atleast 2-3 hrs. I felt it only when i was laying not while standing or walking. After i felt headache and nausea vomiting. Today i also had vertigo again after waking up but it didnt last that long. I took serc medicine.
