The average weight gain during pregnancy is 10 to. 12 kg , u don’t gain weight in early pregnancy , even sometimes u lose weight during the first 13 weeks , then start to gain weight,, if baby growth is fine , then no need to worry, take a balanced healthy diet and tonic s like iron and calcium

Every pregnant woman gains weight differently . The most important thing is to keep your weight gain to a safe and healthy level for you and your baby. Most women put on between 10kg and 12kg during their pregnancy.
