if non itchy and non smelly then it cud b due to a hormone called progesterone wch keeps on increasing thru out ur pregnancy...
but i ll suggest to c ur OBG consultant for high vaginal swab...also do obstetrical ultrasound to know and ask them the length of cervix and about internal os...hope u know the limitations of online consultations...
