Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Germany
I am unmarried and sometimes I have sharp shooting pain in lower abdomen (pelvis area- above vagina- its hard to locate the pain) it increases with movement. No specific time, just starts randomly. Had it yesterday morning, subdued but i kept feeling bloated throughout the day. at night it was very intense. I couldn't move lower body. It has happened before but not so intense and long. I am not constipated but i feel the same pain in rectum area. I still have pain but not as intense . I have attached an image to explain the problem area. Going to a doctor immediately is not possible as I need appointment that takes a while. Emergency services do not cater these problems.
Better to see a gynaecologist. Sometimes infections or infalmmations in pelvic area can cause pain. Mean while u can take paracetamol 2 tab for pain as required. Get cervical smear check as well. Thanks
You will need pelvic ultrasound
Take some over the counter pain medicine
I can see that you are quite upset because of this distressing pain. One gets distressed especially if you are unable to find the answers. Regarding pain and bloating it really looks like that it is coming somewhere from your reproductive tract like uterus, vagina or may be ovaries but other parts of your tummy like intestines etc must be looked for and the cause can range from simple infection to something even serious. On this first hand you can try taking
Tablet Flagyl 400 mg three times a day
Tablet Ciproxin 500 mg twice a daily
Tablet Nims 100 mg twice a day and tablet Buscopan thrice a day
In the meantime you must get your ultrasound scan of your abdome and pelvis (lower part of abdomen), urine routine examination and complete blood count.
I need to askfew more questions like about your vowel habit, backache and some personal questions like your periods regularity to completely get an idea as what is happening
I wish you the best of your health and may you get well soon
