Talk to Internal Medicine on Blood Test Reports For Pains And Infections

Assalamu alaykum.i have got results of few blood tests for my following symptoms. Sharing result reports as well. I am female age 40 weight 70 kg.Had thyroid surgery 3 years ago. Got all tests done one year ago.got abdomen ultrasounds twice in last 2 years. All normal.I have pain in left knee while bending for one month.also some pain in right wrist.get urine and skin issues every few months. I had thyroid surgery neck goiter disease few years ago.need advice if any more tests are needed or any medicines needed. One report that shows abnormality is vitamin D in sufficiency.
