Talk to Internal Medicine on Chest Tightness

I am 27years old. Four months ago i had csec. I had internal bleeding after csec. It was a life threating condition. After that time i am feeling chest tightness as i am unable to breath properly. Some times i start feeling pain in chest, left arm an in jaw too. I went to emergancy two times beacuse of it they gave medicines for stomach acid. I am very worried now and unable to decide whether its because of heart problem or its only because of anxiety. Pain is always moderate never severe.. Please help me why i am suffering from this. What should be done now. As a housewife i am unable to do routine chores and i always worried about my health.
