nexk had multiple enlarged lymphnodes with loss of fatty helium and fnac shows that smears are hypercellular well formed granulomas compossed of epithloid and multinucleated gaint cells and vack ground shows mixed population of mature lymphocytes does it mean i have cancer??? or what it is

her mountax test results 7mm bump
and sputum test is negative
xray is clear
ict tb test is also negative
and esr is 25
LDH is 177
and she is a patient of thyroid as well
and her vit d is also deficient only 9

The picture you described Does not suggest cancer and more convincing about non specific granulomatous inflammation of lymph nodes (glands) in neck. It is not cancer ( answer to your question) but it is granulomatous inflammation. TB tests are negative as TB is common reason of such granulomatous inflammation. Can you visit me so that I can guide you what could be done to get diagnosis of this inflammation. I will also look on all these tests done so for.
