Talk to Internal Medicine on Gastroenterology Ibs With Pollen Allergy

With start of pollen season I had nasal blockage causing sinusitis headache and fever.For that i was prescribed Cefime 400 for 5 days.Now sinusitis is cured.But i have loose watery stools.Probably antibiotic disturbed GUt and again chronic IBs issue.Feeling of incomplete evacuation.Urge to poop again.Belly seems swollen.flatulence.bloating.I am atleast 20 years old Irritable bowel syndrome patient.It was diagnosed by Barium enema test .I have consulted few top local professors of gastroenterology and they are unanimous that its irritable bowel syndrome. I also have allergy.Especially soon after waking up around 5 Am and in evening i have lot of sneezings and runny nose.I also feel slight irritations in eyes throat andnose.Infact since childhood i have these 2 issues.Allergies of nose and throat.Phlegm falling inside and simultaneously unformed watery stools.I got diagnosed with IBS diarrhea around 20 years ago but as far as i remember i always had diarrhea and allergy

Respected doctor it was really hard to purchase librax.Chemists were reluctant in giving due to restrictions on sale.however i managed to buy a single pack may be 10 tablets.Took it around 30 minutes before evening dinner.Then i took one tablet of revitale b around 1 hour after dinner.Went again to toilet.felt urgency.same watery stool.unformed with gas.how long shall i eat librax and revitale b.thanks a lot for extraordinary care.

DOCTOR sahiba.i have been taking Librax before meals in morning and evening.Also took Revitale B before meal in evening.But absolutely nobetterment.Same old routine of typical IBS diarrhea that i go to toilet twice or thrice and stool is unformed watery.comes with sounds and gas.
TODAY i didnt take revitale B in evening.
WHAT do u advise may i continue librax and revitale b.
I am thinking upon taking revitale B before breakfast.

Respected doctor.I dont have barium enema report saved.It was done around 17 years ago.However after that i have consulted few senior most professors of gastroenterology and they are all unanimous that i have IBS.

Respected madam.kindly advise for how long can i take librax.I remember i took it few years ago.is it before meals????kindly advise any cost effective enzyme or vitamin that i can use lifetime.grateful.
