50 Y old, Male, 5' 11.5" height, 87Kg

Patient has 2 main complains. 1. Gas like symptoms for the past couple of weeks. 2. Another issue is related to a pressed nerve below back of neck on left shoulder that causes numbness and fatigued feeling on left arm, neck, shoulder of left side. Nerve was pressed by someone during an attempt of massage. And right after that incident left side got affected. Patient is a chain smoker . Was moderately alcoholic in past but rarely now. These tests are done for general screening. Please correlate with description and advise further. Which specialist should be consulted either a general consultant or any other. Thanks.
