Assaalam o alaikum Mujhe kafi arse mostly aik din mein 2-4 times stool paas hote Hein, Sometimes start mein hard hote Hein phir soft, Aur mujhe haath paon khaastor pe tango mein kafi weaknesses feel hoti hai Kabhi kabhi heartbeat b barh jati hai Hemorrhoids ka b problem hai blood b aajata hai kabhi kabhi. Stool DR ki report attach kar rahe hon please share your views Jazzak Allah

walaikum salam. 2-4 times a days is not too bad if stools are not loose. Do you feel any abdominal pain? and report you attached looks fine. there is no blood in stool. i would suggest you not to worry about this. get your thyroid tests (TFTs) for your weakness and also get your hemoglobin checked. thanks
