I had been recently feeling deep aches mainly in my hip bone, lower back and some time in my testicle. I sit all day as a part of my job and didn't have much activities. Should i be concerned about this visit a doctor?

use soft cushion, stand up every half hour at least to do some movements/walk to keep blood circulating.
