Pulsation In Temple

Question

Its been 4-5 days that daily in any time i feel pulsation in my right temple of the head, it comes and goes, i have visited dr he told that its due to tension he didnt inform what is it and how it will go, also kuchh bhari pan b hy temple se le kr jaw line tk. Please bataen kis dr ko dikhana chahiye, i am married.

Is is only pulsation or headache.Is there any nausea or vomiting.?

It could e due to migraine, tension or arteritis.
Reduce stress
Eat vegetables , fruit and less meat
Get Serum Cholestrol and Uric Acid checked.
ECG
Take Loprin 150 mg daily
Xanax 1mg BID

has it been happening since long in attacks if yes it can be migraine , take nuberol forte 1 tablet twice daily  for 5 days , then follow up again
