Aoa can anyone plz clear my wehm and confusion regarding my cbc I done on 20march showing wbc 13.4 and after using antibiotics avelox for 8days due to ribs n breathing problem my cbc showed only minor change in wbc that came 13.1 what does it mean I m also having allergy (rhinitis) used kestine along with antibiotic.due to my throat allergy but throat remained sore still sore n fatigue.I already had 3 cbc in month it was like this 1march "Wbc" 13.5 20 march " Wbc" 13.4 31 march on this day I was having restless legs n burning of hands n feet but cool head kind of allergy in my throat " wbc" 13.1 My doc says its nothing to worry got my thyroid test too n tsh came 4.92 Single age 25 According to my doc m having chronic fatigue and allergy.but my question or you can say weham is that after usinh anti allergy n antibiotics still my wbc are elevated.m posting 2nd time plz bear my stupidity n ans I had my chest x.ray it was norml n esr 16.

WBC is not only an infection marker. I can be high in different situations. As u mentioned ESR is 16 which is better indicator of infection than CBC. So just ignor and i don't think u have any infection at moment if u r not having any temperature. So just reassure yourself and don't think too much.

As long as you are having no symptoms like fever, CBC doesn't matter even if it is raised. So there is nothing to worry about as all other tests are Ok.

Thanku I have no fever but muscle spasms due to overthinking n stress my doc said it is chronic fatigue nothing at all.is it ok I was worried why my tlc is not coming normal after antibiotics

For fatigue, also get your Vitamin D Level checked.

I checked my vit d level it is ok I was only worried abt my cbc having nightmares regarding it yes now m having no fever but throat allergy on n off taking anti allergy.no antibiotics recommended by doc is it ok?he only gave anti allergy anti depression tablet

He gave me "prothiaden" 25mg but I only took for 3days n avoid to take to prevent its side effects he also gave it for 15days before all tests but I didn't took.

Yes m not having any fever but having restless leg syndrome vit d level is normal.doc says its due to chronic fatigue n stress plus allergy that causing phyringits n all these pains.I just want to know is it ok there is nothing to worry regarding cbc?m taking multivitamins for body aches
