Hi. It could be migraine and nose bleed needs to be evaluated by ENT doctor. I would advise you to get CT brain just to make sure any problem in brain itself. If CT brain is clear would be migraine likely. Do u have any family history of migraine or any cancers in family. Also if you r taking any medication?

Yes my aunty n grandmaa had Cancer.. we also have diabetes in family..!! May be it would be pre-diabetes
